Due to our continued expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Technical team. The successful applicant will be the technical lead for live sites at different stages of their life cycle.
You will be expected to:
• Coordinating civil, structural, architectural and 3rd party suppliers’ designs and ensuring drawing issues are up to date.
• Ensuring S38, S278, and S104 technical approvals are achieved early in the project and assist the progression of section agreements through to completion.
• Tendering and appointing utility contractors for your projects.
• Managing building regs submissions to the NHBC and clearing conditions.
• Assist in the discharging of planning conditions and ensuring S106 obligations are met.
• Chairing pre-development project meetings and then attending site and HA meetings throughout the build phase.
• Assisting Land, Sales, Commercial and Build teams at all stages of the project.

Desirable skills and experience:
• Excellent communicator, with high detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role.
• Knowledge and understanding of the major functions within the remit of Technical services and how they impact on site acquisition and development.
• Construction/design related HNC/HND/Degree desirable.
• New build experience in private spec housing is essential.
• Thorough use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages preferred.
• Full UK Driving licence.
