Your Wain Home comes with a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty, the first 2 years of which are covered directly by Wain Homes. Moving in day is a big day. But the weeks settling into your new home are just as important. That’s why we check in with you regularly over the first few weeks to make sure everything is ok.
You’re moving into your new home and you want to keep it looking and working just the way it should. That’s why you’re also moving in with a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty with the first 2 years covered directly by Wain Homes and a detailed guide to your new home.
Sometimes things go wrong. And if they do, we’re here to help with that too. Whether it’s an emergency water leak or something that’s less urgent, we have the contact details you need to get it sorted.
If you think we’ve done something wrong, or treated you unfairly, we want to know about it. We always want the opportunity to make things right. And if you feel you want to put a formal complaint in writing, we have a clear procedure to ensure it’s dealt with the right way.
